| Please be patient when calling in. We are usually quite busy in
the restaurant, and we will get to your call as soon as we finish whatever
transaction we are in. |
| Know what you want. We will be asking you a lot of questions about
your order. |
| When Ordering Sandwiches:
 | Do you know the Swiss Ho is a Ham/Swiss Sandwich? |
| Do you want a Chicken Fillet or a Grilled Chicken? |
| Do you want a Country Fried Ho Sandwich or Breakfast? |
| Do you want cheese on your sandwich or burger? |
| If so, American, Swiss, Cheddar or Pepper Jack? |
| Do you want everything on your Sandwich? |
| Would you like to add Bacon, Mushrooms, or an Egg? |

| When Ordering Side Items
| Would you like Fries, Cheese Fries, or Chili Cheese Fries? |
| Would you like Grilled Ham, Bacon, or Chopped Onions on your Fries? |

| We cannot cook Pancakes when we are extremely busy, but we can cook
French Toast anytime. |

| When Ordering Drinks
| We strongly recommend that you order bottled drinks for carryout orders.
They travel better |
| We cannot sell Beer for carryout. |
| Carryout drinks such as Milkshakes, Hot Cocoa, or Cappuccino come with
whipped cream only on request. |

Tips when picking up your order
| Parking can be difficult, so if you are driving, the 3 businesses on the
property have set aside the parking spaces on the left side of the lot for
Carryouts only. These are 5 minute parking spaces, and we tow
violators in order to keep this convenience for you. |
| When you come into the restaurant, go straight to the register and tell
the employee working there that you need to pick up a carryout for "John
Doe" |
| In order to speed up the carryout process, if there is a line at the
restaurant register, someone will ring you up at the Ho-Mart register. |
